What’s happen with Feedbacks?

Every recruiter knows that candidates are expecting feedback after an interview or even after receiving the CV/application. However, every candidate knows as-well that this rarely happens or when it happens it’s just blah, blah – no content – just disappointment.

On the contrary, this poor feedback notification, especially when it is after the final selection, is a missing opportunity to build a good relation to that person that indeed was only a few ticks away from getting the position in the Company.

My point here is this: instead of sending a notification without any content and any value, send meaningful feedback to explain what was missing and give advice of how to add these elements to be successful the next time. In other words, you are saying to that rejected candidate: “Stay in our professional community”, stay in our talent pool, please come back in the next occasion with us.
